Concluzii

Cea mai simpla solutie la problema coloratiilor extrinseci secundare atunci cand trebuie sa recomandam unui pacient clatiri cu solutie pe baza de clorhexidina este folosirea unui produs cu eficienta recunoscuta, usor de obtinut fara prescriptie medicala si care sa nu solicite efectuarea de catre pacient a unei etape suplimentare in igiena orala zilinica. Recomandarea unei paste de dinti cu efect de albire a fost demonstrata ca fiind o solutie eficienta in momentul debutului tratamentului cu clorhexidina, reusind sa combine cerinta practicianului de nu fi nevoit sa faca compromisuri in tratamentul prescris cu gradul de acceptabilitate al pacientului. Aceasta in conditiile continuei noastre lupte profesionale de pastrare si recuperare a sanatatii orale a pacientilor nostri.
